Data: Application traffic, runtime logs, deployment metadata, and generated assets.
Postgres database provider
Primary application database.
Data: Account, tenant, training, analytics, and operational records.
OpenAI
AI generation, realtime voice, evaluations, and research workflows.
Data: Prompts, transcripts, user text, and generated content.
Recall.ai
Meeting bots, recordings, and transcripts.
Data: Meeting URLs, participants, recordings, and transcripts.
Resend
Transactional email delivery.
Data: Email addresses, names, and transactional links.
PostHog EU and Google Analytics/GTM
Consent-gated product and marketing analytics.
Data: Page views, product events, identifiers, and cookies where consent applies.
Google, Microsoft, and Slack
Optional calendar, OAuth, and notification integrations.
Data: OAuth tokens, workspace metadata, calendar metadata, and notification content.
Sentry (EU region)
Application error monitoring and performance traces.
Data: Error events, stack traces, and request metadata. Personal data and session recordings are not forwarded.
