What does Asendr include?

Asendr combines three workflows in one system: AI voice practice for reps, real-call recording and coaching signal for live meetings, and Farsight pre-call research for account prep.

Who uses it day to day?

Reps use it to practice scenarios, review scorecards, capture live call evidence, and prepare for meetings. Managers use it to assign practice, review coaching priorities, and track team visibility. Business owners get business-wide dashboards across teams.

How does rollout work?

Teams start by setting up their workspace, defining stages and scenarios, and inviting reps or managers. From there reps can start AI practice immediately, and live-call review starts once Google Calendar or Outlook is connected for supported meetings.

Is this only for onboarding new reps?

No. It helps with onboarding, but it is also built for ongoing coaching, manager-led practice assignments, real-call review, and keeping preparation standards high across the whole team.

What integrations are supported today?

The live-call workflow supports Google Calendar or Outlook connections and captures supported Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meetings. Teams can also connect Slack for notifications, and reps can still create manual recordings when needed.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

OpenAI: Voice and text data is processed to power AI training sessions.
Resend: Email delivery for transactional emails.
Neon (PostgreSQL): Secure database hosting for account and session data.
Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.

6. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Training session transcripts are retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing fguaragna@asendr.io.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
