AI data use

Asendr uses AI to power practice conversations, evaluate calls, generate research and scenarios, and surface coaching and deal insights. To do this, we process the inputs you provide — prompts, call transcripts, recordings and their metadata, and the content you create in the product.

We do not train on your data

Your data is not used to train foundation models. Our AI providers process your data only to return results to you, under contractual terms that prohibit using customer content for model training.

Real-call recording

When you connect a calendar, a recording assistant can join your meetings to capture the transcript used for coaching and deal intelligence. Recording is configurable, and we support participant-consent practices appropriate to your jurisdiction.

Who processes your data

AI processing relies on the providers listed on our subprocessors page — primarily OpenAI for voice and language, and Recall.ai for meeting capture.

Your controls

Workspace admins can manage retention, connected integrations, and data deletion requests. To request export or deletion of your data, or to ask about our AI processing, email fguaragna@asendr.io.
